Linda M. Raimond

            Linda M. Raimond, 69, formerly of Tarentum, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at Butler Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born June 7, 1952 in Harrison Twp. to the late Albert J. and Evelyn M. (Schaffer) Raimond. Linda lived most of her life in the area where she was an LPN for local area nursing homes. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum. Linda graduated in 1970 from Highlands High School and Shadyside School of Nursing. She was an avid animal lover and especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

            Survivors include her children, Rebecca L. Sleppy, of Avalon and Jarrod J. (Melissa) Sleppy, of Buffalo Township. Also surviving are her three granddaughters, Madison, Mia and Isabel Sleppy.

            A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday from 2-4 PM in the Duster Funeral Home, 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to ASPCA.org. VISIT: dusterfh.com
