Margaret J. "Peggy" Cucciardo

Margaret J. “Peggy” Cucciardo, 81, of Buffalo Township, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born July 30, 1940 in New Bethlehem, PA to the late John “Gus” and Genevieve (Downs) Fiscus. Peggy lived most of her life in Buffalo Township and was of the Catholic faith. She was a production worker at Bankers Lithographing Co, in RIDC Park, O’Hara Twp. for 21 years, then worked as a grocery clerk at Community Market in Natrona Heights. Peggy graduated from Freeport High School in 1958 and enjoyed painting ceramics.

            Survivors include her siblings Thelma “Dolly” Harvey, of Buffalo Twp., Mary (Harold) Cramer, of Galion, OH and Gerald (Rita) Fiscus, of Winfield Twp. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Anthony J. “Tony” Cucciardo in 1979, brother William Fiscus, nephew Lawrence Fiscus and her companion Tom Hoak.

            There will be no public visitation, however relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service Tuesday August 17 at 11 AM in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
