Margaret A. Naviglia, 76, of Tarentum, passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Brackenridge. She was born April 11, 1942, in Norwich, England, to the late Edna L. (Jervis) Cozens. Margaret came to the US in 1961 and has lived most of her life in Tarentum. Margaret was a homemaker, a member of Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum, and the Tarentum Jednota. Margaret graduated high school in Norwich, England. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and was active in her church. Margaret especially enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren. Survivors include her sons, Joseph T. (Michelle) Naviglia Jr., of Lower Burrell, Thomas A. Naviglia, of Tarentum, and Michael L. (Jennifer) Naviglia, of Fawn Township; and four grandsons, Joseph, James, Thomas and Seth Naviglia. Also surviving are her siblings, David Cozens, of Templemore, Ireland, and Jane (Gerald) Hanton, of Norwich, England. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph T. Naviglia Sr., in 1997, and a sister, Sheila Cozens.
Private visitation was held in the DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 347 E. Tenth Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526, and a blessing service conducted by the Rev. Aaron J. Kriss. Burial was in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Township.
