Margaret "Peggy" Clink

September 6, 1930 — February 17, 2026

Fawn Twp.

Margaret “Peggy” Muriel Clink, 95, of Fawn Township, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. She was born in Tewkesbury, England on September 6, 1930. While in England, she attended the all-girls Church of England school along with Tewkesbury Abbey. She worked for ten years at Dowty Aircraft as the manager for the printing department.

Margaret enjoyed wearing the latest fashions while ballroom dancing at the Montpellier. It was there that she caught the eye of an American Soldier, Jesse Clink and they shared their first dance. Little did she know, that after the exchange of many letters, they would fall in love, and he would write her a letter of proposal. Jesse and Margaret were wed in England and happily married for 68 years. Margaret then came to America with her husband Jesse.

Margaret became a devoted wife and mother to three children: Mark, Kimberly, and Chrisanne. She made a welcoming home to everyone, while making sure to have a home cooked dinner for her family daily, making every birthday and holiday special.

Margaret was a kind and generous woman who had a listening ear and a kind word for those who needed it. Margaret’s tenacity carried her through the hard times in life, willing her to smile and find love in her family and friends.

In Margaret’s later years she was blessed with three grandchildren as well as three great-granddaughters. Her enthusiasm, sense of humor, love and enjoyment for life never diminished; always joking around using her British accent to say “zeb-rah” instead of “zee-brah” to one of her great-granddaughters. She shared stories of her times in England while singing and dancing with them. Margaret is loved by many, especially her cocker spaniel companion, Toby who was always by her side.

Margaret is survived by children, Mark, Kimberly, and Chrisanne. Her grandchildren, Jessica, Kelly and Dean; and her great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Allison and Laurel.

All services and burial will be private. Arrangements by Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Margaret will be joining Jesse in rest at Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. VISIT:dusterfuneralhomeinc.com
