Margaret M. (Bachman) Tomson

Margaret M. (Bachman) Tomson, 73, of Tarentum, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Allegheny Valley Hospital after being ill the past 9 months. She was born July 30, 1947 in Tarentum, to the late Albert L. and Ethel R. (Martonik) Bachman, Jr. Margaret was an LPN for Bel-Air Home Health Care. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Tarentum and a 1965 graduate of Tarentum High School. Margaret enjoyed antiquing and sitting on her front porch. She especially enjoyed her family and was beloved Aunt Maggi to generations of family.

            Survivors include her daughters, Marisa R. Bachman and Terra L. (Jason) Gillcrese, both of Natrona Heights; grandchildren Aaron Fox, Jaden and Dakota Bachman and Jason and Brooklyn Gillcrese. Also surviving are her siblings Joan M. Reed, of Natrona, Albert L. (Mary) Bachman, III of Illinois, Laurel M. (Michael) Bauer, of New Kensington and John A. Bachman, of New Kensington; numerous nieces and nephews as well as paternal aunt Marjorie Davis, of Wexford. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by infant daughter Laurel Anne, brother Terrence Bachman and a niece Deirdre J. Bachman.

            Visitation Monday from  5PM until the time of service at 7 PM in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Interment will be private. VISIT: dusterfh.com
