Marion J. Matuizek

            Marion J. Matuizek, 78, of Tarentum passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born June 12, 1943 in Harrison Township to the late William “Bus” and Doris (Matava) Southward. Marion was a Social Worker for Horizon Home and of the Catholic faith. She was a 1961 graduate of Har Brack High School.

Survivors include her children, Jeffrey W. “Goose” (Carol) Matuizek, of Brackenridge, Edward J. (Michelle) Matuizek, of Cranberry Twp., Mark R. Matuizek, of Fawn Twp., and Michael J. Matuizek, of Providence, RI. Also surviving are her grandchildren, McKenna, Mina and Lannah Matuizek. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Godfrey.
