Marlene M. Krasinsky

Marlene M. Krasinsky, 92, of Brackenridge passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025. She was born September 2, 1932 in Brackenridge, daughter of the late Vitaliano A. and Theresa H. (Frederick) Marcelli. Marlene lived her entire life in Brackenridge where she was a homemaker. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. Marlene graduated from Har Brack High school in 1950 and enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking. Marlene also enjoyed classical music, poetry and her beloved dog Jogi.

 Survivors include her son Dr. Walter Greg (Kelly) Krasinsky, MD, of Fawn Twp. and grandson Beau Krasinsky, of Fawn Twp. Also surviving is her brother Dr. Rudy (Carol) Marcelli, of Altoona and nieces and nephews Donna (Ken) Bart, Dr. James Marcelli, Marilyn (Rob) Betsill and Connie (Dave) Sholevar. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Krasinsky in 1985, daughter Laureen Krasinsky and a sister Lorraine. 

 Visitation Sunday from 1-5 Pm in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. A  service will be conducted on Sunday at4PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. VISIT: dusterfh.com
