Mary Ann Crawford

Mary Ann (Lang) Crawford, 85 of Natrona passed away at her home peacefully on Friday, September 20th surrounded by her family. She was born July 6,1939 in Natrona, a daughter of the late Gilbert J. and Frances (Lloyd) Lang.

Mary Ann was a homemaker, and also worked for housekeeping at Allegheny valley Hospital for a number of years, was of the Protestant faith, and was a graduate of the former Har Brack High school.

Mary Ann was always helping family and friends, and enjoyed spending time with them ,but she especially enjoyed her family, children, grand and great grandchildren, and her 1 great , great grand daughter.

Her survivors include daughters Brenda ( Robert) Proudfoot ,Gibsonia, Susan ( Gary) Haught, Jacksonville, NC, Linda Birch (Tony) , Natrona, and a son Floyd C. Crawford, Jr. of Tarentum, as well as 9 Grand, and 11 Great Grandchildren and 1 great, great grand daughter. Also surviving is a sister Darlene Walbert ,of Arnold.

Besides her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd C. Crawford, Sr. in 1992,a grandsons, Terry Black, Nevin Crawford, an infant grand daughter Melissa Black, and a Baby Proudfoot, and 2 great grandsons Ashton, and Braydon Gonzalez, a brother Frederick Lang, and sister Beverly Aller.

Relatives and friends will be received Monday, Sept 23 from 1- 3 PM , and 6-8 PM and Tuesday 12:00 Noon until the time of the service at 1:00 PM in the Duster Funeral & Cremation Services ,Inc. 347 East 10th Avenue, Tarentum (724) 224-1526.
