Merle Gamble

Merle Gamble, 80, of Natrona Heights passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Orchards of Saxonburg. He was born March 14, 1938 in Kelly Station to the late Mike and Ella Mae Gamble. Merle was a dishwasher for Holiday Inn for a number of years and a member of the PA National Guard in New Kensington.

            Survivors include his daughters Sandra J. (Russ) Adams, Reading, PA and Dorothy Gamble, Alabama; step children Margaret Risher and Randy Martin, of Indiana, PA; grandchildren Chelsea, Nellie Jo, Becky and Freddy. Also surviving are 5 great grandchildren. Besides parents he was preceded in death by  his wife Nelli Mae “Nellie Bell” Gamble in 2014; daughter Peggy Lee Boreland, brothers John, William, Jesse, Raymond, Frank and George Gamble and sisters Marge Lardin and Violet Gamble.

            Visitation today, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be on Saturday at 11 AM with Rev. Robert B. Walker, officiating. Burial will be private. VISIT: dusterfh.com
