Michael G. Bobonich

Michael G. Bobonich, 68, of New Kensington, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born July 16, 1953 in New Kensington to the late Michael and Evelyn J. (Batcher) Bobonich. Michael lived most of his life in New Kensington and was a member of St. Alphonsus Church, Springdale. Michael worked in Highway Maintenance for Penn Dot, Aspinwall for 30 years. He graduated from Springdale High School and enjoyed fishing. He especially enjoyed his family, children and grandchildren.

            Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Mary Ann (Misutka) Bobonich; daughters Teryse M. (Joseph) Jones, of Arnold and Maura E. (Jonathan) Knapp, of New Kensington; grandchildren Noah and Caden Jones. Also surviving is a sister Patti Bobonich.
