Nancy R. Daylida, 84, of Tarentum, passed away Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. She was born Jan. 22, 1936, in Harrison Township, to the late Francis and Velma (Stepp) Burns. Nancy lived most of her life in Tarentum and was a 1953 graduate of Tarentum High School. Nancy was a secretary for more than 20 years for Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp., Brackenridge. She loved playing bingo, euchre, 500 Bid, poker and many other card games. Nancy also enjoyed dancing, shopping, camping, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Lori A. (Beth A. McCullough) Daylida, of Natrona, Michael J. (Susan L.) Daylida, of Malvern, and Lisa M. Sanders, DO of Aiken, S.C.; four grandsons; and her sister, Vivien Drewencki, of Saxonburg. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. "Buzzy" Daylida, in 1998; two brothers, Francis Patrick and Dennis Burns; and grandson, Casey Sanders.
