Patricia Ann Endlich

Patricia Ann Endlich, 90, of Natrona Heights, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 6, surrounded by family.

Born in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of the late Stella (Osiecki) Glogowski and the late Theodore Glogowski. Patricia graduated from Har-Brack High School and worked for Bell Telephone as a young woman.

She was married for 66 years to the late Patrick H. Endlich.

Creative and largely self-taught, Patricia produced many works of art in the form of crocheted dolls, quilts, upholstery, slipcovers, clothing and more. She was a perfectionist; something reflected in all her work which was on a professional level. This also included her cooking and baking skills, with her legendary seven-layer torte, wedding cakes, and piecrust and pierogi which were without rival.

She was a doll collector and established a tradition of giving all her grandchildren and great grandchildren a precisely selected collectible ornament each Christmas.

She was also a dedicated and patient caregiver, for her father and her mother in their later years and for her son Joel Endlich, who preceded her in death.

Patricia is survived by her children: Amy (Andrew) Ratner, Brian (Kathy) Endlich, Laurie (Joseph) Cario and Rachael Endlich (Ron); her grandchildren Kurtis (Stacey) Endlich, Alexander (Anna) Ratner, Amanda (Matthew) Mantiply, Brandi Pokrivka, Steven Mercurio, Austin Ratner, Connor Cario and Arden Datta, 9 great-grandchildren and her brother, Thomas (Melody) Glogowski.

In addition to her parents, husband and son, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marion (Van) Gruber and Susan (Joseph) Caylor.
