Raymond J. Bosinec

Raymond J. Bosinec, formerly of Tarentum, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, following a brief illness. He was born July 27, 1943 in Harrison Township to the late John J. (former Tarentum Post Master) and Ann S. (Pastva) Bocinec. Raymond lived the past 1 ½ years in West Leechburg and prior to that New Kensington but he was raised in Tarentum. He worked in the laundry department at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. Raymond was a member of Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum and a graduate of Tarentum High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was very active with Family Services. Raymond was a Pittsburgh sports fan, enjoyed long walks and his Catholic faith was very important to him.

            Survivors include his twin brother Richard J. (Carol) Bosinec, Tarentum; niece Lisa M. Bosinec, Natrona Heights and nephew Richard (Mary) Bosinec, Allegheny Township. Also surviving are 2 great nieces Lauren and Kelli Williams. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Allegheny Valley Hospital for their wonderful care.
