Richard J. Hoover

Richard  L.  Hoover, 60  of Natrona Heights passed away,Monday, Jan 24,2022 at Allegheny Valley Hospital,Natrona Heights, following an illness of several years.He was born January 11,1962 in Natrona Heights,a son of the late Leroy L. and Carol L. ( Armstrong )  Hoover.

Richard  lived most of his life in Natrona Height,and a few yrs in New Kensington.He was a graduate of Valley  High School, and was of the Protestant Faith.

He is survived by a brother, David E. Hoover of Natrona Heights.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother,Dorothy I. (Fennell)  Armstrong, his Maternal Grandfather, Earl  Armstrong,and his Aunt, Diane  Armstrong.

All services and burial in Butler County  Memorial Park,Butler will be private.
