Robert Frank LeClair, 100, formerly of Natrona Heights, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Magnolia Place, Saxonburg. He was born December 12, 1922 in Tarentum to the late Jerome and Rose (Cordier) LeClair. Robert lived in Natrona Heights since 1991 and prior to that Frazer Township. He was a foreman at the Duplate Division, PPG Industries in Creighton for 34 years. Robert was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Army. He was a member of Bull Creek Presbyterian Church, West Deer Twp., Tarentum VFW, Brackenridge American Legion and the Allegheny Valley MORA Club. Robert was a graduate of Tarentum High School and enjoyed fishing, bowling, working crossword puzzles and reading.
Survivors include his children, David R. (Deborah) LeClair, of Fawn Twp. and Barbara L. (Ronald) Airgood, of West Columbia, SC. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Aurora “Nora” (Madoni) LeClair; and his siblings Louis, Raymond and Richard LeClair and Evelin Wnuczek.
Visitation 1-3 and 5-7 PM Sunday in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be held on Monday at 10 AM with Rev. Robert J.
