With saddened hearts, Roberta L. Connally, 67 passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, March 28, 2025. She was born June 8, 1957 in Natrona Heights to the late Betty L. (Johnson) Connally. Roberta graduated from Highlands School District in 1976. She worked at the Unifirst facility in New Kensington in the 1980’s and was a team leader also serving as a union steward for 10 years. Roberta attended the old career academy and graduated to become a licensed phlebotomist and medical assistant. She worked for 2 doctor’s offices and was a private duty support worker for many clients. Roberta was fun loving, a huge Steelers fan and was on the planning committee for our “Good Time Travel Club” going to Steelers away games yearly. Roberta loved all of her dogs that they bred and raised.

Survivors include her long-time partner, McArthur “Mackie” Hooper; sisters Anita, Val Jean, Valda and Darcel and brother Greg. Also surviving are nephews Rob and Jay White, niece Michelle and numerous great and great great nieces and nephews and the many family and friends that loved Roberta.

Roberta was preceded in death by her grandmother Mammie L. Johnson, mother Betty, sister Irene L. Johnson, best friend Barrie Lynn Brownlee and many family and friends.

Thank you from Roberta’s family to all of the medical staff and friends for her wonderful care.
