Roberta Jean Dercqu, 79, of Tarentum, passed away unexpectedly at home, Tuesday, October 22, 2024. She was born March 29, 1945 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Donald and Roberta (Hall) Deming. Roberta lived most of her life in the Tarentum area. She was a Nurses Aide for 30 years at Valley View, Indianola. Roberta was a member of the Tarentum VFW and the New Kensington Eagles. She was a graduate of Penn Hills High School and enjoyed bingo, reading and crafts.
Survivors include her children, Sheli (Robert) Bolon, of Vandergrift, Toni (Mark) Brennan, of Oakmont, Joseph Wilson, of Dubois, Lisa (Dave) Minor, of Brackenridge and Edward (Rachel) Wilson, of Natrona Heights; grandchildren Cody, Christopher, Luke and Addison. Also surviving is sister, Donna Orait, of Natrona Heights and twin sister Wilma Conroy, of Brackenridge. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by husband Louis P. Dercqu in 2009, son Steven Wilson in 1995 and sisters Betty Kestner and Frances Webster.
