Ronald W. Sadowski

          Ronald W. Sadowski, 78, of East Deer Twp., passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, following a brief illness. He was born January 2, 1945 in Harrison Township to the late Robert S. and Josephine (Slomiany) Sadowski. Ronald lived his entire life in East Deer Township. He was a Manager in the Produce Department for several local area Supermarkets and retired from Kuhn’s Markets in 2023. Ronald was a member of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, New Kensington where he was an usher and member of Holy Name Society. He graduated from East Deer Frazer High School in 1962 where he was active in sports, he played football, baseball and basketball. Ronald  also played Little League baseball for Tarentum and played for State Championship in 1957. He was also a Pittsburgh Sports fan, enjoyed thoroughbred horse racing and was a dog owner for many years. Ron also enjoyed his time as a PIAA official for both baseball and softball. The family would like to thank the staff of Allegheny Valley Hospital and AHN Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.

            Survivors include his wife of 10 years Sharon J. Wright, daughter Lorriana Markovic, of New Kensington and grandson Kiran Nemani, of New Kensington. Also surviving is his former wife, Louise Hince, of New Kensington, sister Roberta Sadowski, of Saudi Arabia, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews of Saudia Arabi and numerous cousins in PA and CA. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

             A memorial mass for Ronald will be celebrated Fri., Jan 5 at 11 AM  in St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, New Kensington. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
