Rosanne L. Gallagher

Rosanne L. Gallagher, 89, of McCandless Twp., passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Baybury Place, Lower Burrell following a lengthy illness. She was born August 1, 1933 in Winfield Township to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Lerner) Riemer. Rosanne lived her entire life in Allison Park. She was a Registered Nurse for 40 years at Allegheny General Hospital. Rosanne was a member of Parkwood United Presbyterian Church, Hampton Township where she was very involved in church activities. She graduated from Winfield High School, Allegheny General Hospital of Nursing and received a degree in Nursing administration from LaRoche College. Rosanne enjoyed gardening, her church, was an animal lover and cherished her cats.

            Survivors include her sister Violet Riemer with whom she resided at Baybury Place; 2 nieces and a nephew, great niece Tori (Josh) Howells and great great niece Aria Howells. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Gallagher, her siblings Lester and Henry Riemer, Stella Martinetti, Dorothy Schrecengost, Marcella Coffman, Mildred Hamilton and Betty I. James.
