Rose M. Demharter, 84, of Tarentum, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights.  She was born March 20, 1936 in Natrona Heights to the late John and Anna (Leso) Skoda.  Rose lived most of her life in the Brackenridge area where she was a homemaker and also worked at Georgian Manor and Allegheny Valley Residence.  She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, St Ladislaus Church, Natrona.  Rose always enjoyed being on-the-go, especially taking small trips and shopping.

            Survivors include her daughter Karen (Eric) Dellapina of Canton, OH, and sons, Bernard John Demharter of Plum Boro & (Jody Zimmerman)  of  Irwin, and David (Darlene) Demharter, of Yorktown, VA. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bernard James Demharter, four brothers, Andrew, Michael, George and John Skoda; and six sisters, Anna Kanchy, Helen Baker, Mary Skoda, Sophie Wills, Agnes Hatajik, and Pauline Levish.

          Visitation 2-6 PM Sunday and Monday from 8:30 am 9:30 Am in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Christian funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Natrona Heights. Burial will follow in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
