Rose Klaes

Rose M. Klaes ,70 of Springdale, passed away Saturday, April 16,2022 at The Grove in Irwin. She was born March 23,1952 in the Braeburn area of Lower Burrell. She has lived the past 52 years in Springdale.

Rose was an excellent cook and worked for many restaurants over the years. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, St. Alphonsus Church in Springdale, and was a 1970 graduate of Burrell High School.

Rose enjoyed camping, baking, spending time with her family and especially her granddaughter, Evie.

Survivors include her daughter, Tracy R. (Adam) Ciancio, of Gibsonia; and granddaughter, Genevieve; and a brother Antonio (Uschi) Maletto of Bradenton, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Klaes, her parents, Antonio and Rose (Villella) Maletto, her brothers, Jimmy and Joseph Maletto; and sisters, Judith Miller, Angele Dowling, and Elizabeth Pelino.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 East 10^th Ave, Tarentum, Pa. 15084 724-224-1526 where a Blessing Service is to be conducted at 10AM Thursday. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Arnold. Visit:dusterfh.com
