Sandra Lee Brucker

            Sandra Lee Brucker, 75, of Tarentum, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights after being ill the past 2 years. She was born February 11, 1947 in New Kensington to the late Francis “Frank” and Stella (Brumbaugh) Gronski. Sandra lived most of her life in the Tarentum area where she was a homemaker and also worked a number of years at Allegheny Valley Hospital in the Housekeeping department. She was of the Protestant faith and a graduate of Har Brack High School. Sandra enjoyed going to the casinos in Atlantic city, bingo and shopping. She especially enjoyed her family, children and her grandchildren.

            Survivors include her children, Sondra (Mark) Basista, of Tarentum, Regis Brucker, Jr., of Brackenridge, Timothy Brucker and Shawn Brucker, both of Tarentum. Grandchildren, Matthew Basista, of Arlington, VA, Danielle Basista, of Natrona Heights, Seth and Emily Brucker, of Brackenridge, Bailey Brucker, of Warren and Daphne Brucker, of Valencia. Also surviving are her sisters, Sondra Chronick, of New Kensington, Vivian (Richard) Mathabel, of FL and Connie Bulger, of Natrona. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Regis W. Brucker, Sr. in 2014; son David Brucker in 1970, brother Donald Henry and sisters Patricia Smith and Judy Cook.
