Stella M. Shutack

Stella Mae (Smith) Shutack, 83, formerly of Fawn Twp., passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026. She was born August 19, 1942 in Tarentum, to the late Harry Smith, Sr. and Stella Mae (Semple) Smith. Stella lived most of her life in Fawn Twp. before moving to Texas. She worked at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights in the Dietary and Cafeteria Department where she retired after 17 years of service.

Survivors include her sons, Michael (Margie) Shutack, of Tarentum, Shawn (April) Shutack, of Copperas Cove, TX and Mark (Corina) Shutack, of Valencia. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a sister Edie Gaston, of Creighton. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Shutack; daughter Sharon Bowman; and her siblings Doris Wilhelm, Sueanna Presseau, Nancy Carol Smith, Donald D. Smith and Harry S. Smith and her beloved dog Princess.
