Tina M. Smith

Tina M. Smith, 61, formerly of Tarentum, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024 at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove, Harrisville. She was born August 10, 1963 in Harrison Township, daughter of Joy M. (Stull) Schreckengost, of Fawn Twp. and the late Herman L. Schreckengost. Tina lived most of her life in Tarentum where she was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She was a 1980 graduate of Highlands High School and enjoyed working on cars, building items for the home and was a Steelers fan. Tina was also very helpful to family and friends.

 Besides her mother, survivors include her daughter Christina Smith, of Pittsburgh, granddaughter Lisa S. Tate, of Penn Hills. Also surviving are her siblings, Tammy S. (Tom Brziezinski) Schreckengost, of Natrona Heights and Herman Schreckengost, of Uniontown. Besides her father she was preceded in death by a husband John A. Smith and a brother Jeff Schreckengost.
